A little about me

Hey, I’m Tania — Coach TB — and I believe that lifting weights can change your life.

This isn’t just about your body — it’s about how you see yourself.

 

When you realize you can lift something heavy, you start to understand that you can handle hard things in every part of life.

 

In 2022, I faced a tough mental health low, feeling stuck, anxious, and unsure if I’d make it through. But the one thing I kept coming back to was my workouts—not because I felt strong, but because I wanted to feel strong again.

 

The gym became my therapy. Every time I showed up, I reminded myself that I was still fighting and still worth it. Rep by rep, I rebuilt my confidence from the inside out. Now, I help women do the same — to stop shrinking, start owning their space, and train with purpose.
