A little about me
Hey, I’m Tania — Coach TB — and I believe that lifting weights can change your life.
Not just your body, but how you see yourself.
Because when you realize you can lift something heavy, you start to realize you can handle hard things in every part of life.

Back in 2022, I hit a low point with my mental health. I felt stuck, anxious, and unsure if I’d make it through. But the one thing I kept coming back to — was my workouts. Not because I felt strong, but because I wanted to feel strong again.
The gym became my therapy.
Each time I showed up, I proved to myself I was still fighting — still worth it.
And little by little, rep by rep, I rebuilt my confidence from the inside out.
Now, I help women do the same.
To stop shrinking and start owning their space.
To lift with purpose, to train with confidence, and to realize: you are capable of so much more than you think.
