We start with a 1-hour deep-dive call to cover your health history, habits, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. This gives us the full picture before making any changes.

Step 2: Food & Symptom Tracking

For 10 days, you’ll log your meals and answer quick daily questions in the MWTB App. This shows us exactly how your body responds so we can connect the dots between food, energy, digestion, and symptoms.

Step 3: Overview & Action Plan

I review all the data and create a clear, personalized plan designed specifically for YOU. We go over everything in a 45-min call so you feel confident and know exactly what to focus on moving forward.

My story: From Struggle to Strength

I grew up in diet culture, believing the classic lie: “one moment on your lips, forever on your hips.” That mindset shaped my entire relationship with food and my body for years. Eat more? Gain weight. That was the rule burned into my brain

.

When I studied Holistic Nutrition, I thought I was finally doing everything “right.” I ate all the clean foods. But here’s the truth no one told me: you can eat healthy and still feel like garbage.

​

I was constantly bloated, tired, moody, and living off foods that were supposed to be “good” for me — but clearly weren’t.

​

Then came the fitness era. I wanted results, so I trained hard… and then harder. Overtraining on top of under-eating and eating the wrong foods for my body? It was the perfect storm for inflammation.

​

My body screamed at me through: Daily bloating, mood swings, brain fog, zero energy, gut health issues.​ But I ignored it, because diet culture teaches us to push through.

​

I had to unlearn everything.​ I learned that food isn’t the enemy — it’s fuel. I learned to eat enough, train smart, and actually listen to my body instead of fighting against it.

​

The result? My mental health, digestion, energy, and physique completely changed when I finally honored what my body truly needed.

​

Now, my mission is to help other women — break free from the same cycle. To stop fearing food, stop overtraining, and start building habits that actually heal your body instead of punishing it.
